Actually a 220 just came up. It is a little more than your budget but as all the posters have said, it fits your list. Search again.

Don't rule out an earlier SANTE 210. With the help of this site, a few fat sacs and a Mission Delta, our wave is great on both sides and even my bigger butt can surf without a rope after getting the right board. The wakeboarding wake is spectacular as is with the factory tanks. Some great boats listed in this thread but if you want to stay on budget you might need to go a little older. I read your first post and an older SANTE seems to check all of your boxes. The pic is all three factory tanks full, 400 extra on each rear tank (plumbed in thanks TJ) and 5-7 people scattered about the boat. Perfect pass 10.5-10.7 Good luck!

Ours is an 03, sticker says 10 people. From what I have read here it has a little more room on the inside than earlier years though the same hull. Team Editions have factory ballast tanks as standard and it was easy to add bags to the system with great help from this forum. 03's and 04's should be under 30K. I think those later years have a different prop rotation that makes it easier to get a good port side wave but I am very pleased with ours.

The first year it was made is 2007 but named the 236. It is a great boat and meets every one of your needs and beyond. I think it is your best choice, but they typically don't start until the 40k range.
