The recent question I had on PCM putting out a service advisory on oil specs got my wondering how I could keep an eye on service advisories and recall info myself. I know I could call the dealer but i'm sure they would get tired of me calling once a month to check on new advisories, also the 2 dealers in my area weren't even aware of the recent advisory. I'd also be interested in looking over older advisories and recall info.

Yeh I got nowhere googling PCMs service advisories, I emailed PCM got no answer, I called them and got referred right back to the local dealers.Last edited by The NY Dad; 08-12-2019, 05:38 AM.

I hope I didn't overstep my bounds but scotbb7's reply about an opportunity for PCM got me thinking. I sent them a message and told them about trying to contact them through their message board and getting no reply, trying to call them and getting referred back to the dealers, and the dealers not knowing about the recent service advisory. After explaining that big companies that can't bother answering customer inquiries is one of my pet peeves, and reminding them they wouldn't even exist without us. I suggested they get in contact with the forum and provide us with all past and present service advisories and recall notices. I mentioned that it would show us great customer service, and what an upstanding company they are.Last edited by The NY Dad; 08-11-2019, 09:21 PM.
