How do you deal with the spray?

We surf on a small lake that after 15 minutes of surfing you have to eventually turn around and go into the wind. My 2019 G21with what ever hull it has spray/no spray fixes - it has spray going into the wind. This lake doesn't have THAT much wind and its not really the getting wet part that bothers me but the spray on the windshield that cuts my visibility drives me crazy. So, being Nautique does not have a windshield wiper (which I would gladly pay thousands for in a Nautique) I find myself trying all types of things to deal with it.
I have tried several different rain-x products. Water beads but there is not enough speed to make the drops run off.
I have a couple different towels that I have that I fling over the windshield from the drivers seat. One towel just smears the water making visibility worse. Another towel absorbs good but if you fling it into the wind it's to light and half the time just comes back in the face. I have a Griots Garage drying towel that is super absorbent, grabs every drop and has good weight and I can fling it over the windshield really easy. But the Griots towel is not very big and I can't get all the way down the windshield.
Yesterday I used a squeegee and got up every minute to get the water off. After 3 hours I was so sick of getting up and down that I went back to my rodeo towel toss method.
Before I make myself some weird looking selfie stick with a bend in it to hold a squeegee I am wondering if anyone has had any luck with anything? A good compound to treat the window with? A great tossing towel?

I tend to get minimal bow spray but have learned to deal with it. Its not a common occurrence but I can see how it would bother someone who's not quite acclimated to it. My local wash company suggested having the windows ceramic coated which I may consider doing in the near future but am a bit skeptical as to their effectiveness.

One of the several reasons I upgraded from a 13 to 19 was the spray issue. The G23s and G25s have a deflector built into the bow that makes a huge difference. Maybe the solution is a 2020 G23?

Not trying to bash but a lake of 60 miles of shoreline seems relatively small for lake sizes in general

The point is it's not a small pond and it can have significant white caps. Yes there are larger lakes in the world. But the G23 was not designed for crossing Lake Superior in a storm.

I put my Boat Candy spray wax on the windshield for boat and vehicles, works better than rain-X IMO. I plan to also try my regular wax since its a polymer compound, just haven't done that yet since the spray wax is so easy to do occasionally

I have been using Rain-X but will try Boat Candy since I already have a bottle so I can compare results

Are you running NCRS 5 to keep the bow up as high as possible?

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone. I have several new things to try. I have been using Rain-X (2 in 1 spray repellent, wipes and another product). I will try using the original Rain-X that you have to rub in like a wax. If that does not work then I will try some boat candy on the windshield. I am also going to pick up some of those Walmart drying towels and give those a shot. I have a feeling the best solution would be a windshield wiper system but looking online I am not sure there would be something I could retrofit into the G that would be G worthy... My issue is just while surfing and we don't run NCRS at 5 while surfing. I could see how NCRS at 5 would help for cruising/boarding speed though. I don't get much spray above surf speeds.
