H6 GS22 top speed

out of curiosity.... I know it is not a speed boat, but??

what are those with the H6 in the GS22 seeing for top speed?
I have the stock 1235 prop on mine.
yesterday was running at about 2000ft elevation, pretty flat water.
boat only hit about 39 mph.

that is about the same speed i was seeing at 6300ft elevation. However, the boat has way more power at the lower elevation. I would just expect a little more top speed as well

Our top speed at 2700’ has been 41mph with 1235. It was 39 mph at 5000’. I just put a 2773 on and had hoped to get out Sunday but didn’t make it. I think I am getting prop slip when trying to slalom and hoping the 15” prop with a little more pitch will help.

For the money we all pay for these **** boats, personally I’d like to see the industry figure out a way to get us to 50mph. To me there’s just something really fun about 50. 39mph... not so much.
