    Nautique name for "White" gelcoat

I have a 2016 200 that is white and red and need to repair a small scratch on the white gelcoat. Is this "mystic white" correct? (see link).

    Thanks.

I have a 2017 G23 with Mystic white and have purchased the identical patch kit. Works great for small gelcoat repair.

I have a 2016 200 Sport Nautique and did some patch work recently with the same. Matched perfectly.

Someone here may have a better grasp of what year they changed names, but my 2015 230 has white gel coat on the hull and it is called “silver cloud” on the build sheet. I have used the silver cloud gel coat repair with success. I don’t THINK my boat is off-white/silver. I think this is what they called white in that year, but it may have changed for 2016.

Yeah I think 2016 was the year it changed . I had Silver Cloud going all the way back to my 2001 Sport Nautique

Thanks for the helpful posts. I ordered the mystic white based on bturner's post; I can't see it being different from the sport nautique of the same year.

That color should be a perfect match. These kits for small gelcoat jobs work fantastic. I have used the kits on 2 Nautiques and my 1976 13 ft Boston Whaler

Thanks for the post. I feel a lot better about the purchase. I got a few minor gell scratches that are borderline candidates to aggressively buff or sand out and just knowing they are there drives me bonkers. I think I'd rather just fill them now rather than start with aggressive buffing or sanding only to later determine that I still need to fill.

Know the feeling. I'm correcting the gel coat on my "new to me" 2016 200 Sport that got treated fairly roughly in it's first couple years of life. Started with the white just to get back in the swing of things as I haven't done much of this since my last flip boat about 5 years ago. Got the white all squared away this year and will go after some areas that are in black sections of the boat next spring. It'd be really nice to have a heated garage to do all this over the winter but it is what it is I guess. Hope the black matches as good as the white did.
