So no Pebble will not work on any 2020 models period.
Yes, you are correct and I should have been more clear in my answer. Unless an SS box has been installed on a NSS equipped boat, SS switch or any other activating protocol will not work no matter the brand.

Keep in mind Garmin compatibility for use on 2019 and earlier boats is a thing

Please check in with your local dealer for updates and Garmin compatibility on models prior to 2020. Nautique territory account managers will have an answer that your dealer can share with you.

I don’t need to check with any dealer . I know for a fact the Garmin will not work with any models earlier than 2020 and here is the reason . All model boats with Surf Select options have the 2.0 Surf Select module on prior 2020 models . The Garmin only functions on the 3.0 Surf Select module which was not installed until the 2020 model boats .
Could you take out a 2.0 module and replace a 3.0 module to make the Garmin function, possibly but no one on this forum has made this module upgrade that I’m aware of

I did not state or confirm the compatibility is a current protocol. I casually mentioned it as "is a thing" (which was intended to be sort of an ambiguous statement).

I then suggested that you should check with your dealer to be informed of upcoming updates. Updates that will allow current Pebble and Surf Select users and owners of boats built prior to the 2020 model year that they may have the opportunity and ability to use the Garmin watch in the future. However, it sounds like you have it all figured out and don't need my help.

Have a great day and see you out on the lake!

BTW, nothing I have mentioned hasn't already been mentioned on this site. There is a whole thread about this feature that you have posted in.

Pebble was specified to adjust NSS only at wakesurf speeds. There will be no updates to my knowledge since it is a obsolescent device.
LOL. My apologies to all that replied. I thought my response would get a laugh out of everyone. The fact that NSS deploys at speed is an absolute head scratcher for me.
