So I have posted here before months ago about the same boat and have spoken to a couple people everyone with a different opinion. There is a 23 foot Fish Nautique that was given to me that ran before it was parked. It has sat for around 10 or so years and is going to need some love with some soft spot around the console and right behind the seat but I have a family member that said they were willing to help work on the fiberglass since they raced boats at one point in time. The other thing is the fact that the axles on the trailer need to be replaced which is no big deal, just more money. I was planning on rebuilding it to be at the very minimum functional and flip after playing with it for a few months or so. So the question of the day is, should I take this project on or would I be deeper in the hole in the end than the boat is truly worth. I have picture of the boat but without washing it first and getting it on flat ground you wouldn't be able to see the spots and problems that I am talking about.

Best I can tell Nautique Jeff is your man when it comes to these boats but I can tell you my lessons learned with project flip boats......- They will always need way more work than you think or plan for.
- It will cost nearly double or more than you think it will to restore.
- Things you never heard of or thought of will need work or replacement
- People that offered to help will find a reason not to or will be very difficult to find when you need them.
- Anything the previous owner tells you about the boat is half truths at best.
- 50% or better of projects boats that get started actually get completed to the original plan.
- 100% of project boats are over budget.
