That makes sense. I wouldn’t worry about it. I had my dealer look at mine and it was a none issue.
spider cracking like that is common in all fiberglass boats. it can be from an impact or it can appear with no explanation. we have had brand new boats off the truck have spider cracks in the gel, and we have had boats that are beat up every summer by their owners have no cracks at all. unless there is other evidence of an impact, i would not be concerned.
unfortunately, they often reappear after fixing and usually is not worth the cost to repair
