06 210 + plumbed sacs...

If someone figures these pumps out, let us all know. I'd be interested in replacing my hard tanks as long as we can pump the water out of them.

I was told the 06 pumps work on a voltage surge to shut off the pumps not the gauge. I had a gauge stick at 1/2 and the pump shutdown anyway. After driving around for a minute, it unstuck and showed empty. All the time the pump was off.

hmmm, i wonder what causes that surge in voltage? is it the run dry protection built into the pump?

That is my understanding. No water, surge in voltage, pump shuts off.
