Perfect. No reason this shouldn't work. The 5SPlus is listed as supported so if you run into any problems you'll have technical help from the dealer and Nautique.

I'm still curious how Nautique keeps saying this is for wakesurfing AND wakeboarding. AFAIK, it's still all Bluetooth and wakeboarding is well out of range for that.

I thought I was nuts the other day, I looked and could only find the JMG one shown above. I thought it might have been an iPhone/Android thing, but appreciate the updates above.

          UPDATE:

I just heard back from my Nautique dealer. Here's the deal:

The Surf Select 3.0 module is part number: 200169

          Cost from the dealer: $348.89

The Surf Select 3.0 module is compatible back to MY2016 boats. The LINC must be updated to the latest firmware for that Model Year. Your dealer can get that for you.

PDF from Nautique is here on PlanetNautique in the Manuals & Brochures section. It's in Nautique General Information & Troubleshooting Guides

No one has heard about the fenix 6 compatibility yet? I can’t imagine them not updating the app to accommodate...

It is not always going to be compatiable with the lastest and greatest model watch. Although I have 2.0 Surf Select module and use it ever time I surf with my Pebble Time model watch, the latest and greatest Pebble watch was the Pebble 2 at the time and it never worked nor was it compatible with the 2.0 Surf Select module. Go with what the 3.0 is compatible with currently. Forget the Fenix 6, ain't going to work.

Again, there has been NO announcement about support for the Fenix 6. It may work, but either we wait for Nautique to announce support or someone buys one and tries it...

Roger that. I had the 6 before I knew Nautique and Garmin where partnering. So at this point IÂ’ll cross my fingers for an update... cheers!

Can you download the app on the 6?

I tried searching for it on Garmin IQ and it doesn’t come up. I’m assuming because it’s not compatible.

Jeff put it up in the Manuals & Brochures section. That's really the best place for it anyway. I'll go back and edit that post to reflect that.

Turns out that you have to have the correct watch r the app to show up in the App Store. 5x plus works flawless for downloading. I got word from a rep that they approved the 6’s today. I believe it’s all of them but I’m not sure. There were nine versions of the 6 on the list.
