    SAN Ballast System Overflow

My friend and I both have 03 SANTE's. We both have our ballast systems configured the same. We use the Pro-X series Wedge sacks on top of the factory ballast system. As the factory ballast system fills, it overflows into Pro-X sack in order to fill it. The problems lies in the fact that what I'm assuming is the additional pressure from the water causes the water in the factory ballast tank to be forced out through the factory exhaust drain port. It's annoying because you can't fill it up and keep it filled up. After trying a variety of ways to stop this, we end up plugging the dump ports to keep the water in. Does anybody else have this problem? If you do, how are you preventing it from slowly draining out?

    cork it

Go to Home Depot and buy some corks. Stick them in the "empty" holes. Don't forget to take them out when you want to empty.

      RE: cork it

Actually, we are using freeze plugs (rubber compression fittings) from Autozone at the moment. I know that the holes have to be plugged. The purpose of this post is to find out if anybody else experiences this same problem and if anybody has a better solution than plugging the holes.

Some guys are putting valves in the overflow lines. Because the sacs are higher than the overflow it will gravity feed out. Corks or valves you decide.
