I have a triaxle trailer for it, but I have to slap on a new coat of bottom paint, so I had a local marina use a hydraulic trailer to set it on blocks in my shop. I'll have to have them put me back in the water next month.

Another pontoon restoration update. We got the vinyl flooring (80 mil) glued on yesterday and the recently painted side rails installed today.

That's a clean slate. You could do almost anything with it and probably not spend too much money.

It's a 1976 24' Harris Flote Bote. Got it in the water this evening. Didn't take it for a spin yet though. We use plastic Adirondack chairs for seating.. It's much less maintenance that way. And it did not cost a ton. The primary purpose was to replace the rotted carpet. When I tore that off, the plywood underneath wasn't in the greatest shape, so I replaced it also. I went with 80 mil vinyl this time because it will last longer and be much easier to clean than carpet.
