I wish they would have a force update or as others mentioned a time stamp at least.

Pursuant to our exchange above, I will check my signal strength while in my boat house and while on the lake. Even if I have a good signal, it means little if the app “polls” infrequently (or not “live”). My boat is sitting on the lift with ~50% fuel, no ballast and 12.3 hours on it... According to the app, I decided to place my boat on the lift with full ballast loaded... I have a great lift, but don’t think that it could lift the boat in this state... And no, I didn't leave my Paragon floating in the middle of the lake...

I found out an important morsel of information with respect to the app feed infrastructure/cell network set up today... I have been having polite, slowly productive conversations with Nautique with respect to my issues with the MyNautique app. It turns out that the cell carrier they have my boat attached to is T (friggin) Mobile. No offense to T Mobile cell phone users out there (all 7 of you), but this may just be my issue. I am in a rural area ~50 miles north of Austin, TX. T-Mobile is rotten in urban Texas areas, and much worse than that where I am at the lake. We are switching my boat "box" (whatever the connection apparatus is) to Verizon. I have a Verizon phone and have full signal at my lake house... We will see. This is merely a point of reference for others having issues... T Mobile... (sheesh) I'm not sure this is different from Cricket or Mint mobile...

I have noticed that my boat hasn't updated for over 100 hours as of today. Something must be up with the system right now, because mine usually updates frequently and is very accurate.

Same here Jeff. Mine has been working flawlessly but I have not updated since 6/18.

Ditto, mine had been updating somewhat regularly, but now hasn't updated since June 12.

My last connectivity was also 6/18/2020 @ 11:19:35. That's when I had the boat in for 25 hour service, so I was just about to ping my dealer about it. If it is a T-mobile issue, then that makes more sense.

I’d like to retract my previous review of the app, mine hasn’t updated in 2 weeks after working 118 hours flawlessly.

It just updated 2 hours ago at the dealer. (do they read this forum??) I don't know why I am even whining about this app - it's really not very useful yet, but it definitely has future potential. I hope Nautique keeps working on it and is not discouraged by the litany of complaints. I'd recommend abandoning the phone apps, which require constant updates, and focus on more meaningful maintenance and performance data via the web portal.

If you are in Austin, certainly you know that T Mobile is virtually non-existant in our geography. Bad ju-ju... I bet my Verizon telematics box (on the way) substantially solves this.

RDT-G23 Interesting that Highland Lakes area has poor T-Mobile but Possum Kingdom has great T-Mobile. I don't have it, but my company iPad does and it works better there than almost anywhere else... save for foreign countries where it's great.

Can you talk a little more about your Verizon box? Is it a Nautique part? Did Nautique actual or Buxton do the legwork to get it?
