We would probably do better to find a common Yeti or other high end cooler and buy some SeaDek separately.

its doubtful they created an entirely unique cooler with specific dimensions. That cooler is out there somewhere for $150.

OP has gone in a hole and does not want to comment on price because it was more than $350.00

Agreed...no way this is anomie off design specific to Nautique. It has to be out there in the wild. Question is how do we identify it.

I don't know. This may be something they had made for them. The squared off corners is what is unique to this cooler vs others. There are a few rotomolded coolers out there that will fit, but I haven't found anything close to the Nautique design.

A few that might be close to the Igloo dimensions (maybe not as long):

Will these coolers that you sent links to fit in the cooler floor area?

They are close - maybe a little shorter and one of them might be slightly too tall. Do you have the cooler "tub" dimensions?

We need someone with a 2020 cooler to measure the hail out of it and give us the dimensions

The previous G23's used a 36 quart Igloo Marine cooler, which I think fit pretty snug. It's dimensions (on the label) are 24.25" x 13.5" x 13". The advertised dimensions of the above are:

                    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...09HY1N8E&psc=1
                    21x12x13

                    https://www.amazon.com/Trademark-Inn...8031033&sr=8-1
                    21.5x12.3x13.3

                    https://www.amazon.com/Giantex-Outdo...8031062&sr=8-7
                    21.5x12.5x13.5

The third option is the larger cooler, but would need to see if you have the extra half inch of height, lid swing with the hatch, etc. I also like it because it looks like you can just unscrew the latches to remove them. A person could get some matching Seadek or Gatorstep cut for the inset and it would look like it belonged. You would have 3 inches of room, so maybe a piece of foam in the side to keep it from jostling too much.

However, the reviews are mixed on how well it actually insulates, and it may not be a truly rotomolded cooler.

The issue with a lot of the rotomolded coolers is that they are too tall. Which is why I think Nautique may have had these custom made. Spend $50 a cooler (or less) to have them made and sell them for $350 dealer cost.

I unfortunately will not have an opportunity to get into the garage tonight, but I will pull mine out tomorrow and measure it all over along with pictures. I will say up front that it does have a weird fitment. Almost pushed towards the port side wall rather than centered like the bs igloo. It keeps ice all day in 85*+ heat and hands going into it every 10 minutes. The lid also needs to be pressed down to latch properly. The seal they use is kinked in the corners and it does not latch on its own

Yeah seem like the height cooler factor is usually the problem in the cooler pit area. When I was not using my Nautique Igloo cooler which is garbage, I would try to use my small rolling cooler in the cooler pit but the cooler was too high

My Igloo isn't too bad. It works OK for a single day in hot weather. I think the biggest issue with the Igloos is that I don't believe that the lids are insulated - it's just plastic. No idea why you would make a cooler without injecting some foam into the lid. I wonder if you could drill a few holes in put some low-expansion spray foam in?

I have a Yeti cooler. The issue with the rotomolded coolers is that they are much thicker and you get less usable space in the same size cooler. They are also much heavier, which makes a cooler packed with ice and food a tank.

I’m definitely interested in a rotomolded though even the igloo is barely enough volume. Keeping my eye on this thread though
