purchasing 6000# extended height Shorestation, looking for suggestions on the best way to cover it with their frame? Ideally, we would like the canopy/screed long enough to keep the tower up and not have to tarp it after daily use. Any suggestions?

Just an idea, if you can afford the relatively modest cost difference, maybe consider a 8-10K lift? If you ever upgrade in the future, you'll already be set and not have to swap lifts. (this assumes you are buying new). I'm guessing $1-2k difference in price

www.tarpsplus.com
i have been doing this for a while. i have found the most economical is to take the 8 foot tarp and cut it down the middle the long way. i add grommets along the bottom myself to run the rope thru. i buy 8 x 20 tarp with a 23 foot x 120 canopy
the mesh tarp cuts down on the rain, but of course some gets in. it also cuts down on like 70% of the sun, but allows the boat to still get some wind to dry out.
also, what is nice is at end of season i actually take them down and throw them in the washer to clean off the dirt and stuff...air dry
so nice to just sit in the boat lift and chill, and make phone calls too.
https://www.shoremaster.com/all-prod...opy-lift-loft/ but this one seems somewhat different than mine..

Scott where did you by the mesh? Do you feel like it helps with the sun rays? I’m mostly concerned about fading
