    Nautique Customer Care

    Does anyone check the Nautique customer care email listed on their website? Does anyone have an idea how long it takes them to respond to an email. Is three plus days common?

          When I ask something that is appropriate to go through them they've been responsive in the past. When I ask something that I know should technically go to the dealer... not so much. I get it.
