I'm still relatively new to the Nautique thing. I needed a few parts for my boat and trailer and ordered from Nautiqueparts.com - a PN sponsor, in mid to late April. I'm in Canada, and the parcel was sent through USPS, as USPS typcially charges the least amount of brokerage fees for parcels originating from the US. My parts still haven't arrived, and tracking showed nothing has moved since May 2nd.
I inquired with NP over the past week and they went well out of their way to take care of me, a first time customer with them. No questions really asked, just provided a solution and implemented it rather quickly with the result being service above what I expected. I do a fair amount of online shopping and this was certainly in the upper tier of customer service.
Easy to bash vendors who don't perform, but those who do, rarely get praised. I wanted to relay this experience to others. Thanks NP!
