2007 SANTE 220 walk through modification

So I am looking to possibly add a walkthrough to my sun deck and removable seat if possible. Interior will need redone in the next few years and I was wondering if anyone had done this or had any ideas on how to do it. I essentially want a way to do seadek on the center engine cover as well as a center piece on seat to step on to save interior.
