    Ramlin Trailer Brakes

    I'm getting a new Ramlin Trailer what is the best brakes drum or disc???

    can you push the boat around with disc brakes if you don't have it wired to your truck?

    yes you can push a disk brake trailer around. They have a block out method for that too. Get the disk brake

        I think ffmedic74 said it best... If you get the tandem axle trailer, call Ram-Lin and ask them to put 4 disks in, they normally only do 2. We have 4 and it makes a huge difference.

          I think how much, how far, how often you plan on towing are good questions to ask before investing in 2/4 disc set up. If you tow alot...disc brakes are great, if towing short distance or not often drums are plenty.
