RE: weight for 211
Dee, I run with all the ballest full plus 180# of moveable ballest on each back corner. I have ordered the V-drive wedge bags and am planning on trying to plumb them into the excisting pump system. These are 220# each. I am looking for an easy way to dial in our surfing etc. When we have 6-9 in the boat and all the bags full plus the extra weight the wake is great. We have an advanced rider that loves that wake. I may also add in the ski locker bag to see what that will do. Maybe this is why I need a new prop also!!! When we move all the weight to one side or the other for surfing WOW!! The other night we had a great wave, one guy was able to free ride about 20 feet behind the boat. The wave was curling and had lots of energy.

06 211SV - 220lb bags over each hard tank in rear, 200lbs lead in nose. Thanks to Flux's idea about the PVC pipes, the bags are plumbed into the stock system and drain/fill with no issues. Wake size grew somewhat, is steeper and more solid. Seems most guys (from here, WW and CCC) run about this and feel more is not necessary and won't make any big differences. I have yet to surf behind mine but would like to see some pictures of what the wakes like.

There's a post around the not so distant past with some more info. It's 06 210 ballast. Flux is the author.

Anywho, overflow/vent from hard tanks goes into bottom rear of fat sac. New vent goes from top front of fat sac out stock overflow/vent.
When stock tank is full it overflows into the bags. When bags are full it spills over the side (I added a valve to keep the bag from syphoning/weeping/emptying on its own). Must remember to open valve on emptying!!!
Emptying works just the opposite. Pumps draw from hard tank, bag empties as tanks is emptied.
The PVC solves the issue of the bag collapsing and not allowing a vent once the bag is empty (hence, collapsing your hard tanks). Per Flux's instruction I cut lengths of PVC within an inch or 2 of the length of the bag and inserted them into the bags (14 pcs in my bags, more or less depending on the size bag you have). They creat enough of a channel to allow a vent. Worked awesome the last 2 weeks.
Now that I have it tested and it's working , I'm sealing it all up, adding PVC elbows instead of bending the hoses and adjusting the position of things. I'll have it done Saturday afternoon and post some pictures.
Thanks again to Flux. His idea life with the wife liveable again. She's much happier not having to deal with me manually hold the bag up (so it has a vent) while the ballast empties.

Not sure why anyone would use fly high wedge sacs in a 211 because wedge sacs are made to fit on the top of 210 wedge tanks. the 211 has flat tanks. When I had a 211 I used standard fly high pro x v-drive sacs. One issue with the valves above is that if you dont remember to open the valve before draining you will collapse the hard tank and ruin the guage pickup.-Jon
