    Nautique 226 and Waksurfing

I just found a 2006 Nautique 226 for sale. Can you wakesurf behind it? What's the prop rotation on it?

I use to have a 94 Sport Nautique. I could barely wakesurf behind it. Wrong prop rotation and it was before any of the add on wake gates.

Prop rotation is only going to favor one side over the other. It’s not going to make or break a wave. The above post pretty much sums up the surf ability of the 226. The prop should
be right handed in an 06. In theory this will favor the goofy side wave. But again, that won’t make or break it.

Prop rotation should be right hand. There is no built in surf gate, or NSS, but a suck gate will do wonders.

My preference is to find an 07-08 210 or 220. I'll probably have to wait a while. It's a sellers market for recreation items right now.
