Ventilation when boat is covered on lift

I have a Touchless Boat cover and would like to put a fan inside the boat or mounted to frame of cover to provide air circulation in boat while in storage. I am concerned about using a normal fan motor because of possible fuel fumes igniting under cover. Are there constant duty ventilation blower/fans that will not ignite fuel fumes?

10” 110v cheapie fan off Amazon. Multiple years, no issues. Placed on the step pad on the rear center sliding seat, shooting just above both floor hatches left open.

all seats and compartments open to allow max ventilation.

I also have a small fan that runs continuously while my boat is covered on the lift. Haven't had time to go to the lake so the fan has been running constantly for a month. Been doing this for the past 3 years. No issues.

I run a fan full time and it seems to work but I was thinking of a dehumidifier. Anyone go this route over a fan with good results.

I am going to try a bucket of Damp Rid..used it in my fifth wheel when in storage and it seems to help with moisture

i have used damp rid but the bucket fills up so quick that all i was doing was emptying it . I went with a fan also.

I use one of these under my touchless . I put it on the floor in bow. it has a built in timer When I am done using the boat I open hatches and set it for 180 minutes. No issues with mildew.

been using a 18 inch all plastic floor fan sense 2001 in my boats when covered it stays on 24- 7 year round .never had mildew.. boat stays on lift...also the boat can be wet inside turn fan on put cover on week later pull cover off , never a trace of mildew...

24/7 during the season. I don’t run it over the winter.

Nobody has tried a dehumidifier over a fan? I guess if the fan works its probably cheaper...
