Looking at some SV-211's. I have not seen one in person so I haven't been able to physically sit around the boat and think through a seating capacity.
What can I expect the realistic, not on top of each other, seating capacity to be on this boat? We would routinely have 8-9 out on the boat with us....6 adults, 3 small children. Stretching the capacity I'd imagine? On top of each other? Is the rear facing 'jump seat' worthless for an adult? Again - haven't had the time to travel and see one in person and sit people around.
Also - what seems to be the optimal cruising speed on this boat? We live on Ft Loudon in Knoxville and frankly love cruising around. I'm hoping to find a boat that will run 25-30 MPH 3000-3500 RPM wise. Just think that's a good sweet spot for fuel economy.
Thanks in advance.
