Yep thats the one I tried working with on my first boat. And I've reached out to sales guy and haven't heard back.

As I'm writing this he responded. This is Superior in Sacramento

After a deposit and commitment to buy a boat you can get a tow to see if you like what you just committed to buy....Same kind of BS I got before, so I took my money elsewhere.

I asked about the demo boat they have listed on their website. Which based on threads on here 20-25% off MSRP would be reasonable.
    His response is 10%...

IDK. These guys just don't really feel like a place i want to spend money with.

The place in southern CA immediately said let's do a demo, I can get you a brand new boat for 215k, I can give you 95k trade in for your boat. they dont **** around.

Edit..ddid a demo of the new 21 G23 and the paragon] a few weeks ago, the new wave isn't as good as the previous hull IMO.
Regarding your surf wave comments: The surf wave of the stock 2021 G23 is pretty weak compared to the prior generation G23s especially if they are set up properly. But a 2021 G23 with about 600 - 800 lbs of lead is one of the best if not the best wave you will surf. It's that good!

this dealer sound like a sack of sh*t...i would never commit to this.

now, to provide some insight into the topic at hand - i would stay away from the 2017 models. they have the lower towers, which means that if they have speakers on them, there is a good chance you'll smack your head on them about once an outing.

Hey guys, sorry for the late responses. I've been on the lake surfing before my boat get pulled of Tahoe for the season, tomorrow is our last day. We get really bad east winds so the marina and buoy field closes Oct 1, they just havent pulled our boat yet.

I know that the 21 G23's need another 800lbs to make the wave great but the paragon is supposed to be there out of the box and I was not impressed. There was push at the very back of the wave but that was it. This was on the steepest setting and the front of the wave was mush. Our 2019 23 wave is very solid up front and yoou can feel tons of feedback when doing slashes, slides and floaters. The paragon wave had none of that. My 13 year old has been surfing since she was 3, starting tandem between my legs and she gave it 2 thumbs down as well. Besides the wave the new features biting into all of the storage was a huge turn off as well. The paragon is a weed wagon IMO, so much stuff that is not use full. I feel sorry for my dealer and after our demo my tech at our dealer called to see how it went. I told him straight up and he agreed with everything had said about Nautique blowing it. I'm stoked on our 2019 and am going to run it into the ground until the next hull change.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm always curious about someone else's input for a wide variety of reasons. It also shows me how much wake surfing wave comes down to preference. I had someone essentially betting me their life savings I was going to fall in love with the Supra SL450 wave and it was my biggest disappointment of the season. I liked the old G wave but love the new one. That being said, it has such a different character from my 2020 G23 that I could see where someone wouldn't like the change. I like the X24 a lot but felt the wave was softer than both the old and new G23 hull designs. Centurion looks like they built a pretty solid boat with the new Ri245 but I've never been behind one so I can't validate this.

This time of year always makes me wish I lived in the Southeast or Arizona, where wake surfing is a year round sport. Alway's a bummer to pull the boat out of the water for the last time of the season.

                I'm in negotiations on a 2020 G23 for 179k and a 2020 Paragon G23 for 229k....

I'd rather have the Paragon but working on Trade in value.

                Exciting stuff...
