1990 Ski Nautique Wake

I am looking for a wakeboarding boat and have seen the notes on the 2001 wake. I have looked at a few 2001's, not a lot in Maryland to look at, and they have seen better days. I am looking at a 1990 Ski Nautique and have driven both. Is there a lot of diff. between the 2 wakes after weighting them down. Should i let this 1990 go and keep looking? I need some expert advise. Please help me.

I think weighted properly the 90 can have a descent wake... I don't know if it'd be as good as the 2001. I'm sure others will chime in on this.

I have owned both an 87 and 90 SN. The 87 is far superior for wakeboarding and the 90 is likewise much better for slalom skiing.
