if it can be done with skates I would bet it could be done with 14" and maybe 13" rims....

Question would be the height of the truck hitch and whether the trailer would hit at some point. My truck has air suspension so I can adjust height....

Looking at my Garage im at 7' 10" but there is a 2" x 10" that runs across that I could remove....

Maybe a P23 would fit in my garage.....

I see.. Thats why in the next couple weeks I will be building an electric trailer dolly. Should make the process even easier not having to use a truck and another person spotting. Where did you buy the skates?

Also, did you have to remove the guide polls from the trailer? Mine was too wide to fit with them still on.
The skates came from Summit racing. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/MRM-M998046 and https://www.summitracing.com/parts/MRM-M998001-I

Yes I have to remove the guide poles.

I tried to find a dolly but couldn't find one to push the weight of these boats. Would be curious what you cone up with.

Oh yeah, Im not concerned about the rims. Only two were new and I don't plan on using them for anything other than current use.

I tried pontoon wheels/tires from my buddies trailer. First problem was the center hole isnt large enough to fit the hub. 2nd problem was the inside diameter of the rim wouldn't clear the rotors/calipers if the wheel fit.

Either 14" or 13" should work. I already had a couple 15" laying around so just bought two more to match. With the tower folded on a G23 the highest point is nearly center of the boat. Its possible lowering the hitch to the lowest setting would gain a bit of clearance. I didn't measure so cant be 100%. Also not sure if the P23 tower height is different. Measure the highest point with the tires on and see what you get. Then measure from the ground to the bottom of the rim and subtract that if going the bare rim route. I was just shy of 7'10" to the rubber seal on the frame and it fit.

Just get some, say - 7 gauge steel pieces cut to use as "ramps" to get the skates over the lip...
