    Need 88 Barefoot Back seat

Thought I'd find my answer looking for how to find a rear seat but ended up only finding people asking the same question without very many answers.

Have cushion in back on floor.

Want raised wrap around seat I have seen in other boats. Am trying to include photos of both.

offer me a ridiculously high amount for mine lol

all i can suggest is contact a dealer, and check to see if they may have some used boats for sale that they'd be willin to take the seat out of.

it will probably be one of the hardest items to find for the entire boat

I'd give you $1,000 if it was the right color match and $500 if it wasn't but that probably won't motivate you anway, but thanks. After several hours of fruitless internet searching- called Correct Craft this morning and they haven't had the parts available for the late 80's seats for 10 years. They don't have a schematic either. He said he knew someone that borrowed a friends boat to copy the structure and what not. Can anyone say SOL to me? What about all these guys wakeboarding with fat sacs in the back. What are you doing with your back seat?

Just a thought, but I would guess that the shops MWCC and White Lake use have the patterns to do the vinyl. It should be possible to figure out the shape of the seat bases and frame from those. Any shop should be able to do the foam.

Its certainly a project, but its probably the only chance you got at re-creating the original seating.

It can be done, even when starting from scratch. An MC owner who deserves a lot of credit built this back seat. Yours would be even easier if you bought the skins and paid someone to do the foam.

I'd be willing to bet if you took some pics up to a good upholstery shop they could build it for you, base and all. Its not very intricate and could be easily built out of wood and/or fiberglass and then upholstered. Probably wouldn't cost you more than a grand. If you need pics of the bases/seats I can snap a few photos and send them to you.

            now we're talking

Where have you guys been? Finally feeling a glimmer of optimism. Thanks. Yes, the photos of the custom made seat were great. Especially with it out and then back in again. Any more photos or success suggestions welcome.
