2002 SANTE questions

Hey guys, looking at a 2002 SANTE with about 500 hours on the ExCal. Looks decent from the pics, dual axle trailer. Anything I should be aware of? Has digital guages, PP, etc. Don't care about the audio as I will redo it. Coming from a 96 Super Sport and the work I have to do to bring it to this next level makes it worth it to consider. He may be on this site but not sure. Any help is appreciated.

2002 is a great year, and the Excalibur has proven to be a reliable engine. Things to look for would be flow-wrong ballast valves, old digital gauges that need replacement, etc. If the gauges have been replaced, be SURE the hours you're told are correct. The Excalibur can be scanned for the true hours if the gauges have been replaced, or check the hours on PP if it was factory-installed.

Well apparently false alarm. Hopefully the seller is ok he has stopped all communication. I was ready to purchase, we talked a couple times then....poof....oh well, anyone else unloading a 2002ish OG 210 hit me up. Thanks for the info Jeff.

Had many years of enjoyment with mine. As others have said, digital guages are trash. I ended up swapping the entire ballast system, only issue i had was heater cracked over winter due to not flushing lines all the way, had for 10 years and 300+ hours with 0 issues. You'll love it if you find another one.

There are plenty on Facebook Marketplace i would look there. Should be able to find a good priced boat. I would sell mine for the right price, but i have a feeling that price would be too high.

Yeah I'll keep looking. Don't "need" a newer boat it looked like a decent deal, good hours, good condition, good trailer, had ballast and PP (mine doesn't) and it was close to me. Most the wake/surf boats here are MC and I'd like to stick with Nautique. I'll find one at some point.

Yeah unfortunately he'd have to come down a LOT. I'm in that $25k range at the moment.

Wow, glad he's ok. Pissed he sold it to someone else (not your fault). I contacted him like an hour after it posted and was at the bank getting money when the communication dried up. Have fun with the boat.

I have had (2) OG 210's sold out from under me recently....I responded to the seller's post 3 minutes after he posted on Facebook Marketplace. I was the first to respond and bought it....Boat was in Winter Storage and could not get up there until this week to pick up.
