Correct Craft's New Building in Orlando

While I was in Orlando yesterday, I asked if I could take a quick look at the new building Correct Craft just bought.

They thought I was a weirdo to want to see a big empty building, but they let me go look around.

The building is literally right across the street from their existing facility, so that's pretty convenient. This 300,000 square feet is going to more than double their existing manufacturing space, and I think it will be a great, fast way for them to increase production. I can't wait to see it all built out!

Looks great . Maybe with the increase production numbers, the unit costs will decrease thereby lowering sticker prices? LOL

Did they say what function(s) will move over to the new building?

Here’s what was in the press release.

Correct Craft purchased a 300,000 square foot manufacturing plant across the street from its Central Florida factory where Nautique currently operates. Nautique will use this facility to increase its capacity in 2021. Nautique will move its upholstery, machine shop, marketing services, final detail, and shipping departments to the new facility.

Additionally, Watershed Innovation will use the new Central Florida facility to build its Ingenity electric boats and continue its other disruptive innovation projects.

That looks exactly like the new Airstream Facility I just got done with in Ohio. Its about the same size, and looks just like that inside.

Thanks for the pics Jeff. I heard that space was the new Amazon/Nautique facility. You order the boat and they leave it at your gate or in your driveway.......LOL. "Hi Owner, your G23 was left in a secure location. How was your delivery? It was great.....Not so great.....LOL.
