What the heck is going on at Nautiqueparts? I have been trying to place an order for over a week now. I tried to place it on line and it won't accept my paypal or credit card. I called and got an answering machine saying they will call back. They never called back? Is it me or are they having some issues?

Spoke with Mike today and we are good. He called later in the afternoon on Friday and I had not gotten to the voicemail in the line up until this morning. He had issues over the past week he said but called on Friday. I apologize for anyone's issues with having to be called back. Some of you guys have been here and see how we operate. For those who have not... we are a small (until 2 weeks ago, 4 person) team at Nautiqueparts.com. 2 weeks ago I got another person on staff that has some knowledge of the boats to help with emails and phone calls so hopefully that will get better as he gets into a groove. This past year has especially been hard as Covid has seemed to explode the ecommerce market as a whole. We were blindsided with an extreme amount of business in what seemed to be overnight. With that also came vendor issues with getting materials. Covers went to a 10 week lead time as the canvas companies switched to making masks as an example. I know we dropped the ball on stuff but I will be the first to admit I was simply overwhelmed and could not keep up. We are working to streamline things and become more efficient to better help y'all. If you ever have any issues you know I'm here for you. I found out what went wrong with my previous order . You have to put your name and shipping info in even if its the same as the billing address. My order went through using PayPal no problem.Comment
