Best way to mount a GoPro on the Boat for WakeBoarding

The newer Nautiques have the GoPro mount on the tow point that swivels... This seems like a great idea, but any of the youtube videos I see, don't appear to use this as a way to video. I just want to consistently get video so that I can review my own wakeboarding for improvements. So I would like to zoom in a little more with the GoPro (narrow field of view), and then track the movement back and forth with the camera... Any suggestions?

I typically use the mount when I video myself for technique but without a zoom lens it isn’t great for making videos. Also if you narrow the view down and the rope slips a little you can become out of frame and miss some of it. If I do make a video with gopro footage I will just zoom and trim in the software. I prefer the footage from my iPhone most of the time if I have someone that can use it to record.
