Lol....missed the carb comment - good catch! The dealer is a decent operator....my guess is they rebuilt the carb after the marketing guys took those pics.

May not be a bad price for someone on the west coast who needs one, but NautiqueParts sells those brand new for $800 (-$80 with the PND discount) including the frame. Shipping might get expensive to the west coast though.

Looks snazzy but I can't imagine finding a seat anywhere in this boat on a hot summer day. Convince me otherwise.

MasterCraft has the cool vinyl technology HR ( heat resistant vinyl) that stays cool even in direct sunlight. I have never been in a boat with it but I do believe they have the patent on the technology.

IDK, lots of red flags on that one for me personally. Galvanized trailer, replaced engine, incomplete restoration and the list goes on. Looks to me like he started a project boat thinking it would be a cheap fix and fell down the rabbit hole.

The boat has a saltwater use vibe to it which will make this an ongoing project probably for the rest of it's usable life. Then there's the interior, how much more would it have been to do it back to original using the additional contrasting trim colors. Nothing says cheap interior more than a single color reupholster job. Now no matter what you do to the rest of the boat, it's always going to have the short cut appearance to it. Then there's the other concern the upholstery brings with it for me. He he took the short cut on something you see every time you look at the boat, I can just imagine what he did with the engine rebuild and other areas you don't see.

This may be something for someone else but it would be a hard pass unless it were going for somewhere around $12K for me. I'd much rather get a boat in the original state so I know what I'm getting before the lipstick was applied to this old girl.

Idaho '07 SV211. I thought the galvanized trailer interesting, looks like there is some upholstery cracking around rear locker latches, maybe. Not sure if they are throwing in all the chaos in the jockey box (glove box, whatever), if it were me I think I would of organized a little before snapping pics for $40k, but that's just me. Not affiliated.
