Looking at buying a used surf/wakeboard boat in the 80-120K price range. Most of the ones I see in my area (Nevada/CA/Arizona) are at dealers. With current climate on these boats what kind of discount should I expect to get on one of these boats in this range ? Not sure what type of boat I want for sure yet, maybe G21/G23. I like the GS22 but I am concerned about storage.

List +10% if you're lucky. Realistically whatever the market will bare. If it wasn't for family insurrection on the level of a peaceful Portland protest ( do they actually have peaceful protests in Portland???? ) I'd be selling my boat on principle alone.

I’ll echo that. If you’re not willing to pay what the dealer is asking these days on clean used rigs , there are 5 people behind you that will. Nobody is discounting anything. I can tell you my local Nautique Dealer has 1 Supra and 1 new Nautiques left in inventory. That’s it. **** I don’t even think they’ll have that left by end of next week. Every local marina is begging for used boats because they have no new inventory and no quality used inventory. The sub 20k b drive market is gone. It’s a great time for a guy who can afford a new boat and can sell his current used boat at a premium, but he’ll have to go boatless for year or two til it flattens.

DISCOUNT? Did I hear discount??? hahhaha..... yeah that's not happening in Cali either. All dealerships get there inventory sold before they even get it on the floor. Your best bet would to keep an eye out here or other private party sales and snatch one up when someone looking to sell quick. Even if you have to travel to get it, it's worth it. I found one a couple states away for a good 5k under the going rate... and then I put it up for 5k above the going rate when I got back and got tons of offers. But decided to keep it just because it was what I was looking for for awhile. Keep your eye out, you will find nice boat in the 100k range! Goodluck! BTW, I'm heading through NV on a road trip in June and going to Lake Mead, any advice for that lake? Good spot to launch? We are staying at Boulder Beach. Good spots to board and surf? Can I see the Hoover Dam while on the lake?
