First, I am not associated with SpeakerSox in any way but I need to pass on my experience with Jim at SpeakerSox. I contacted him yesterday morning to buy a set of rack covers for the strapless racks on my GS. He offered me an upgrade and discount from the price on his website. He said he had some in inventory with the white embroidery logo and would ship them out that day. I asked if he had any with a red logo to match my boat. He didn't have any in inventory but said he would try to get them done and still ship yesterday. I got an email from him at about 8:00 pm that said he got them though the shop but missed the shipping time and he sent me a picture of the package with the shipping label on them ready to go out today. One day service on a custom order!!! You don't get that kind of service very often in todays world.
