Just curious if anyone has come up with a snap in flooring alternative to carpet(s)? We like SeaDek, but, it's nice to be able to snap out the carpet to clean the floor. Any ideas?

SeaDek was experimenting with a snap-in option a few years ago. You might check with them to see if they offer that now.I own and operate Silver Cove Marine, which is an inboard boat restoration, service, and sales facility located in Mooresville, North Carolina. Check out my write-up in the DIY sub-forum in the Maint./Tech forum. I did a DIY Deckadence clone flooring that turned out well.

I just finished installing Marine Mat "snap in" flooring to replace my aging snap carpet. Also, used their "stick it" flooring for the swim platform and transom. They were great to work with, I sent them my old carpet to template, and they already had a template for the swim platform and transom. They sent me snaps and the install tool - took me about an hour to install. Used my old snap studs already in the floor - used kids playground chalk on the stud heads to mark the underside of the snap in flooring - and installed each snap in the correct location.
Here's a couple of photos

The "snap in" flooring is 9mm (it's pretty thick) - and you can add as many snaps as you like to keep it locked down to the floor - Marine Mat sent me samples. The "stick it" can be either 6mm or 9mm. I used the 6mm for the transom and platform. I think it's similar to my brothers SeaDeck on his GS20.
