Flight Control Tower - Can it be lowered 1/2 way down?

I have a 2018 G25. The flight control tower is too tall for our canopy supports so it needs to be lowered when entering and leaving our slip. Does anyone know if the tower can be lowered to only 1/2 way down position? It would make driving the boat in and out of the slip a LOT easer. When all the way down, it is very hard to sit in the drivers seat because the speakers get in the way. ANY IDEAS?

It doesn’t lock in a half way position, Maybe you could make a support pole for it to rest on. Something that goes from the floor and stops the tower where you need it? Then just stow it away when your out. Just a thought

That is a good idea. A dealer mentioned that to me just now also. Thx for the reply and suggestion.
