    Time for delivery on a 2022 G23?

We ordered a 2022 Nautique G23 in July 2021 and put down a deposit. Boat is a G23, ZZ8 motor, telescoping tower, and a few other options (but not a paragon). I'm wondering what others have experienced in terms of boat orders and time for delivery? Dealer has been great but we are still waiting on a boat. Thanks!

Wow, a year wait? What colors did you choose? Did your dealer set expectations on wait time and keep the communication lines open? I think most are around the 6-8 month time frame unless you selected options that will delay that (certain colors for example) but your dealer should have warned you.

We order in October 2021 and received our 22' G23 in late May but I had to hound my dealer. You might want to start pressuring your dealer or reach out to Nautique directly.

We ordered in July and were expecting in March or April . . . but nothing so far. 13 months and counting.

brianplatt Wow that is crazy. I would call Nautique directly. Just a guess, maybe your dealer put some build slots in front of your order in which he made a larger profit on vs your order which could have caused a further delay in receiving your boat.

Something sounds very wrong. I ordered in July of 21 as well and took delivery 9/30/21. I’d suggest calling Nautique as well.

And . . . boat should be delivered in the next few days. Worth the wait, I hope. Dealer (who has been great) says it arrived on Friday.

brianplatt Congrats! Totally worth the wait. Best surf boat I have owned or surfed behind hands down!

I'm super stoked. The boat solves everything I didn't love about my 2013 Malibu 23LSV (not a negative on Malibu -- just a different boat and an evolution in design). It's got the bigger, supercharged motor for surfing at 8000' elevation; more ballast; less fatsacs; telescoping tower; and higher bow. What is also amazing is how fast the conversation transformed from "where is my boat" to "how excited I am for my new boat." Couldn't be more excited for delivery.
