GS20 Fuel Gauge Idea

With fuel prices on the rise continuously, it would be awesome to allow a user to use either an app or the main console to enter a fuel price per gallon/litre and have it show amount of fuel used in dollars at the end of a session. That would be an easy less controversial way of sharing fuel costs with friends on board.

Can anyone shed any light on what 1% of tank gauge equates to in gallon/litre of fuel?
