SN 196 New Boat Tracking in course

Does Newer 196's Track better in the course than say a tsc1 97-99 ????

I have a 1997 ski now I mostly ski with friends that have MC's prostars or 1997-99 196's.....

I ski into 39off they mostly all drive good with the SN better....

what i'm asking is does the new 196's track better in the course ...... drive better straight etc.... Driver can keep the boat straight better in course....

Jim,

I have an 05' 206 that holds it line extremely well. Most of the guy's I ski with have Responses which have a great wake however thier boats tend to move all over the place when skied hard. No experience behind or at the helm of a newer 196 but I would guess they track and ski better then the 206.

Neglible difference in the course. The TSC2 hull, however, is easier to manuever around the dock IMHO.
