2008 SANTE 210 swim platform wobble /flex getting bad.

Anybody experience this ? My swim platform has really started to wobble and wiggle bad. It always had a little okay, but it’s outside the norm these days. All the bolts and screws are tight. It’s seem to me like the horseshoe bracket that holds the platform on has simply worn beyond acceptable tolerances. Anybody have a solution outside of new brackets which I don’t even know if I can procure.

its an issue with our 210 as well. All hardware attached to both the boat and the platform is rock solid . the movement is from wear and tear of both male and female parts of the brackets. I'm having an aluminium welder weld up the holes on both the boat and brackets then re drill both so platform pins are tight and allow no movement.

Yes, I've noticed this too with my 2007 SV211. The female channels on the platform brackets that the boat platform vertical bracket pins slide into have expanded slightly from wear and tear. The holes that the pins slide through have as well. It's next on my list to figure something out, but not anytime soon.

Nautique Parts used to and may still sell replacement brackets but those are probably pricier than going with Spud's plan. Although welding aluminum could get pricey as well if you don't have a hook up. I wonder if you could mess around with a thin plastic or rubber insert to tighten things up? Amazon has all sorts of thin sheets you could mess around with for short money.
