We just picked up our 2023 G21, and coming from our previous 210, the storage capacity is amazing. What creative options have people come up with for organization? I'm a bit OCD, so just tossing everything in the hatches will just not work.

I use netted bags for everything. One storage are jackets, one are ropes, other gloves etc. All separated out. Or each person gets their own bag and keeps their stuff together

Big tote on one side of eng compartment for wet jackets, dump tote water at end of day. Ropes hung in that side and smaller surf, skate boards on that side as well.
Other side of eng compartment dry jackets, cover, bumpers, some dry towels.
Small totes under seats for smaller things, spare ropes, and pile in dry towels one area.
Anchors and other misc can get wet things in front.Comment

I like the tote idea 99bison, and after all these years it's the simple things that you slap your forehead, now why didn't I think of that.
We usually keep wet things on one side, wetsuits, ropes, boards, and then all the dry stuff on the other side.
Mental note - Tote for rear locker...
