Does anybody know if my 2002 Super Air has the ability to display the lake temp? Maybe on the depth finder or Perfect Pass? Also is it just me or is this not the best place for the depth sounder? Has anybody moved it, if so where?

In one quick glance I know the status of everything on the boat. If the current trend keeps going, maybe next year they will move the speed display to the glove box.

On a more serious note the ballast gauges are fine as they are usualy totally full or totaly empty. The depth gauge on the other hand is almost impossible to see from the drivers seat and seems to beep all the time. I have only had this boat for a few weeks and have not yet taken the time to figure this thing out. I assume that if I take the time and set the shallow and deep alarm depths it should only beep at me when I am launching or in very shallow water. Has anybody moved this to the dash, and if so what did you move down? The logical choice may be the fuel guage as I would not want to move the oil pressure, amp meter, or temp guage.

It's not that hard to move the guage. On the back of the guage are 2 wires. One for the power (ground and +) and one for the depth sensor. Unconnect these, screw the guage lose by hand (really easy) and do this the same with the fuel guage and install both again. Perhaps you need to adjust the fuel wires to make it long enough to reach it below. It's a 20-30 minutes job to switch them.230 with ZR6 running on propane
