    Slip Fees 2023

    Hi there,

I am looking at getting a 32' covered slip. I am curious what people are paying to rent a slip monthly with a year commitment. I am seeing $625 month w/ electricity. Is this average? I am bringing my own lift. It is covered.

    Thanks

I'm guessing that it will vary by region (private dock/slip so no monthly for me) and I don't see your location. Based on user name I think you might be in TX but that also could vary wildly by region and lake.

Much like real estate, slip prices vary by location. I'm leasing a 32' covered slip with electricity (billed separately) for $700/mo.
I am in the Seattle area.

That's around average. I was quoted covered, lift, electricity.....7200 per year on Lake Travis.....6200 for the year for the same setup on LBJ. I actually had the Travis lift but backed out due to lake level dropping. I'm trying to get on LBJ...at least for the summer. EDIT...I just re-read your post...that might be a little high if your bringing your own lift.

Yea, one has to provide the lift separately.
