I recently took apart my gauges to do the fix on them to bring them back to life. When putting them back together i accidentally cracked the glass for the speedo. I really want to keep the original gauges and look so it all matches how it should. Does anyone have a old speedo or set i can buy off of them or know where i might be able to find one? Thanks for the help

I got my boat last fall and the gauges were unreadable. I tried doing the fix a few weeks ago and I too cracked the glass with barely any pressure. I wanted to keep the original but after my unsuccessful "fix" I decided to just switch over to analog gauges instead. Still frustrating as I at least wanted to power them up enough to get the accurate hours written down. I didn't get the replacement kit but got a Faria GPS speedometer and a tachometer with digital hour gauge. Cheaper solution and doesn't require drilling a hole in the hull for a paddle wheel. Hopefully it goes smooth as I'm going to to install them this week. -
good luck with that. im hoping i dont have to do something similar but its looking like im going to have to. i figured i would give this a try with all of the peoole that do conversions i thought a few might be out there.Comment

Hi , how did your gauge replacement go ? I need to do the same thing but want to use digital a digital gauge. I’m looking to see what works best.Comment
