Linc 2.0 speedo correction

I have a 2014 210 with paddle wheel speed control and no gps (i think, no puck in front of windshield), linc 2 screen.
speed was way off according to handheld gps. i can adjust the speed in the Linc, but not enough. there is only -3, +3 speed correction. speed is still 1 mph after adjustment.

is there any other way to correct speed?
does this indicate the paddle wheel needs to be replaced?
what all is needed to add the gps to linc 2?

I'd check the paddlewheel under the boat and see if it has debris in it or if it is able to spin freely. I bet it is bent or something.
