I stopped shopping with them a few years back because their customer service and communications in general have become terrible.

Yeah, wish this wasn't the case but it just seems to be the cycle we've seen with too many other companies that started out unique to an industry then fizzled out and became what they campaigned on as an alternative to the norm. Wake Makers fills my inbox every morning with "deals" but so does Bart's. I view them both the same these days and based on what I'm reading here, unless I need some specialty ballast Item I can't find locally I've pretty much given up on them.

If they're not answering Jeff's emails, good luck for the rest of us......

Quick update on my experience with Wake Makers on this offer. In April, I received a response 9 months after I originally submitted a ton of information that they requested. They said they didn't need any of the info I submitted for the rear bags because they already had created that product years ago, but they wanted to work with me on a custom fit bow bag. I asked one question expressing concern about adding a bow bag without also increasing the ballast capacity in the rear lockers. They responded the next day. I went back and spent a ton of time again documenting the bow and sent them pictures, dimensions, diagrams, and video. Zero acknowledgment or communication from Wake Makers since I sent everything a month ago.

Just in case others come across this thread, I am going to close it.

WakeMakers has really dropped the ball on this.

In fact, they still owe me thousands of dollars of advertising fees. I get radio silence when I try to contact them about that, too.

Please do not expect WakeMarkers to follow through on their offer in this thread. I apologize for posting it.
