    23-24 G23 Lead Weight

Just wondering if anyone is using a few lead weight bags in their newer G23's? If so what locations and how many lbs?

If you have supplemental ballast additional weight is not needed. However with a small crew I usually add about 400 to 600 lb in a late model G23.
Weight should be under flip up seats, close to tower, with an extra 150lbs biased to the port side.

I had 300lbs left over from my old GS24. I put it in the bow of my 22 G23. I wanted to see if I could get the wave just a little longer when supplemental is 100% full. It did what I wanted but I’m not particularly wowed by it.

I have 200lbs right under the observer seat of my G23. I think it is good place to put the lead weight bags
