Arc Sport electric boat (tower royalties to Nautique?)

Just saw an advertisement for Arc sport electric boats pop up on google so I went to the website. Anyone know anything about this company? The telescoping tower and Bimini look very similar to Nautique towers. Although, it looks like it retracts into the hull instead of telescoping but still looks pretty similar. Wonder if there is any patent infringement here.

We must be wired to the same Google, I took a look at that yesterday also, intriguing boat. Start up company a couple of years ago.
I would like see more out of curiosity, like surf wave dimensions and the like...

Roswell holds the patent on the retractable tower I believe. Pretty sure Nautique's tower patent ran out years ago.
