The remote will probably fit better than the oem pod. You could always add a rocker switch or two for accessories.

Hey, does anybody make that stuff aftermarket or anything similar to cover up all the warning lables on the dash? Kinda ugly. On another note, I see so many people with all the bright yellow and red warning stickers all over their boats that Nautique puts on. Do these look lame to anyone else, or is it just me? I de-stickered all the idiot stickers the minute it hit the driveway.
                    Nautique... The final step up.

Yup, mine is also de-stickered. Everynow and then I discover a new idiot sticker, and remove it. The only ones that are left are the permanant dash stickers, and I will probably cover them up soon.

On a side note, I removed some stickers, then took it to the dealer for some work, and I swear there were more stickers on it when I got it back. It might just be my imagination though.

Welcome to a litigeuos society. If the stickers are removed and you sell the boat and someone hurts themselves they can sue
Correct Craft for not warning them. I worked for a company that was sued 20 years after a piece of equipment was scrapped when it exploded being used for something a warning sticker removed 18 years before warned about. The idiot WON.

                          ag4ever,

If you take your boat in for service, they are supposed to put the stickers back on..........that's what I've heard.

De-stickering the min its yours. Yes I agree fully, I was out in my friends 2001 SAN he had all the factory warning stickers on his boat, I hated them they buged the crap out of me and would pester him about taking them off, He said that he thought the boat would be worth less when he was to sell it if the stickers removed. (What a Retard) One time we we out and I was on the swim deck getting ready to wakeboard and I just started picking the warning lable from his transome while waiting for him to get going. it was a subconcensious thing like picking the lable off a beer bottle when I had relized what I was doing the sicker was half way off and woulnt re-stick, So I ripped it off and tryed to sink it in the lake. The God Dam sticker floated. He turned the boat around to take out the slack out and some how noticed the bright Yellow and Red sticker floating in the watter. He sutck is head over the side of the boat to take a closer look and when he relized it was a warning label off a Nautique he looked back at me in the water with a serious look. I had to start laughing I was so Busted.

Before and after pictures of getting rid of the warning stickers and wood grain on a 99 SAN

Used some of the carbon fiber vinyl. Not as nice as Grant's work, but it looks pretty good for a couple hours work
