We have a 2019 G23 we bought new and got a great deal. We are looking to upgrade. I haven't looked at the market since 2019. I know through covid boats were really tough to get and there weren't much of any discounts. Have things finally changed? What kind of discounts off MSRP are people seeing if any?

The best deals I've seen would be on anything Tommy's sell which in your case would be Malibu's. My local MC dealer is advertising large discounts on inventory boats and in May still had a good inventory of 2023 models. All 3 have been hosting test drive and surfing outings to lure potential buyers which they didn't do previously. I know for a fact the "market valve additions" have been a thing of the past since last spring.
If you're looking to upgrade and can wait a couple more weeks season end pricing and discounts will be in full swing as dealers try to move inventory before fall.
